The NEIF Energy Plus Improvement Plan is a specialized loan program from the National Energy Improvement Fund that finances 100% of residential energy improvement projects — including standby generator installation — up to $25,000 at a true fixed rate with fixed monthly payments.

How Does The Budge Plan Work
With the budget plan, we look at your past annual service expenses to determine your total cost for the next year, then divide that total into 10 equal monthly payments.
